Dr. Doug Rains
Dr. Doug Rains is the owner and founder of Faithful Friends Animal Clinic.
A proud member of Faithful Friends, Michelle has been a part of the family since May, 2009. As the Practice Manager, she and Dr. Doug Rains have worked to make FFAC a favorite veterinary clinic of small animal practice in Gallatin County. She is an integral part of the day to day operations, including assisting in surgeries, hands on attending in appointments, training, and overall well being of the clinic. She has been in the veterinary field for over 10 years because of her love of animals. Her household consists of two Blue and Gold macaws, 3 rescued kitties, and a goofy Golden Retriever named Frankie. She is a native of Bozeman. She’s not into hiking, but likes fast cars, motorcycle racing and a good drive out into the country.
Katie joined Faithful Friends in December of 2012 as a veterinary technician where she assists with all surgical and medical procedures as well as client relations. She grew up in Vermont and moved to Salmon, Idaho. After high school, she attended ISU and graduated with a bachelor’s of science in zoology. She worked two years for the Bureau of Land Management then pursued her dream of caring for animals. Her first job was working as a vet assistant in Pocatello, ID, then moved to Billings, MT to further her experience. She is now finishing up her degree to become a certified vet tech through Penn Foster College. Katie has a cat named “Legolas” and a 10 year old Aussie mix named Abby whom she spends many outdoor activities with including hiking/backpacking, biking, skiing running and bird watching.
Tiffany is the diverse and enthusiastic receptionist that became a part of the Faithful Friends family in April of 2013. She has since become a reliable addition to contributing in a multitude of responsibilities. Tiffany has been a Bozeman native since 1991 and can’t imagine of living anywhere else. Her love of furry friends is immediately recognizable. She and her fiancé, Ben, are the proud owners of a 6 year old Chihuahua named, MJ, and a rambunctious 7 month young Chocolate Lab named Molly. In her spare time she enjoys camping, hiking, floating the river, playing with her dogs, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Rachel is the freshest addition to the Faithful Friends Family. She joined the team in March of 2014. She is a very fast learner and an always cordial receptionist. FFAC is fortunate to have her as the first voice or first face that you see. Rachel is a Montana native. She graduated as a correspondence student from Christian Liberty Academy. Throughout her lifetime, Rachel has had an abundance of animals in her life between her family and herself. She has cared for hamsters, rabbits, parakeets, baby ducks, dogs and a multitude of kitties.
